Equipment Degrader

The Equipment Degrader NPC allows players to remove certain enhancements and progressions from their gear, such as refine levels, item options, grades, and refine protection scroll limits. This can be useful when repurposing equipment or preparing it for new enchantments.

Note: Cards are not affected by the Equipment Degrader.
