# Stamina System

The **Stamina Refiller** allows players to **claim a daily stamina boost** to help fuel their activities such as crafting, enchanting, refining, and more. You can refill your stamina **once per day** by speaking to the NPC located inside **Prontera HQ**.

### What is Stamina?

* Stamina is a **core resource** required for:
  * 🛠️ **Enchanting**
  * ⚙️ **Crafting**
  * 🔨 **Refining**
  * 💫 Other in-game systems

Without stamina, you **cannot perform** these actions.

### How to Refill:

1. Talk to the **Stamina Refiller** once per day.
2. Your stamina will be set to **150** if you haven't claimed it yet for the day.
