The City Premises button or City Guide NPC act as quick travel hubs inside every major town.
They instantly warp you to important buildings (inns, quest halls, shops, etc.) or return you to the exact street corner you came from.

Warps to the social hub in (contains many featured NPCs).
Mission & Quests
Warps to where daily missions and quest boards reside.
Point Shop & Rewards
Warps to reward vendors, point exchange.
Fashion & Stylist
Warps to stylist, dye, garment & hat preview.
If you warped from outside Prontera, the system automatically records your position.
