The Character Support NPC lets you change your name, change gender, or reset another character on your account when you're having issues with your character.

Allowed characters for a new name:

• A-Z, a-z, 0-9 and spaces inside the string.

• 4-24 characters

• No leading/trailing spaces

• No symbols

1. Name Change:

1. Talk to Character Support ➜ Name Change  
2. Confirm you are not in a party or guild  
3. Enter your desired name (validation runs immediately).
4. NPC kicks you out ➜ wait ≥ 10 seconds ➜ relog

The NPC double checks that the name you pick is unique before charging you.

2. Gender Change:

1. Choose Gender Change
2. Pay Zeny
3. You'll be sent to the character select screen

3. Character Reset:

Expand for the two sub-services.

• Resets last login coordinates of another character to its recorded save point.

• Resets hair style, hair color and clothes color.

• Unequips all gears.
