### Overview:

Fishing is a multi-level Life Skill in OldschoolRO that allows you to catch unique fish and exchange them for **Calorie Points**, which can be used to distill stat enhancing **Tonics**.

### Tonic Crafting System:

Use the **Tonic Crafter** to turn your caught fish into **Stat Tonics** using **Calorie Points**.
