Decard Ticket Quest

The Decard Ticket Crafting System allows players to craft a Decard Ticket, which can be used for equipment decarding through the Equipment Degrader.

Crafting is not guaranteed. All required materials and Zeny are consumed once the crafting attempt begins, even when the attempt fails.
